Cleveland Indians: Justin Masterson goes the distance, Nick Swisher wins it on walk-off

Well that rain delay sure came in handy.

After having their last two games postponed due to weather, the Cleveland Indians returned to the diamond on Friday and walked away with a 1-0 win.

Justin Masterson pitched a gem of a game, 9 innings of shutout baseball while striking out seven Chicago White Sox batters. Masterson ran his record to a perfect 3-0 on the young season with an ERA of just  0.41.

Scoreless heading into the bottom of the ninth, Michael Bourn hit a blooper over third base for a one-out double. Asdrubal Cabrera next grounded out to second base advancing Bourn to third with two outs. After a walk to Jason Kipnis, Nick Swisher hit a line drive shot that hit just fair for the walk off game winner.

With the win, Cleveland broke a two-game losing streak and improved to 4-5 on the young season.
