This morning the ever popular ESPN Radio morning show Mike & Mike continued their review of all NFL teams, and gave their predictions on what to expect this up coming season. Today’s teams were our Cleveland Browns, and That Other Ohio Team. Can TOOT become a thing like TTUN is for Ohio State Fans?
The pair of Mike Greenburg and Mike Golic, the cursors of the Indians in years past, praised the Browns new regime. Greenburg took notice of the Browns drafting of defensive players as well as the addition of Paul Kruger, but said nothing of Desmond Bryant. Golic was given less time to talk but thought that the Browns’ emphasis on defense and new coaching staff could help them be more relevant in a tough AFC North. Greeny stated that if the Browns were one of the surprise teams this year he would not be shocked.
Greeny predicted the Browns to go 6-10 with Golic predicting the team to win 7 and lose 9.
For what it is worth Greeny predicted a 9-7 record for TOOT and a Golic predicted them a 10-6 record. Tomorrow these two will do the same review for the Steelers and Ravens. Golic expects a strong AFC North this year, where Greeny stated he predicts all three of the top teams to come back down to earth a bit and is not as impressed.
How would you feel if the team ended up 6-10 or 9-7?
How much credibility do Mike & Mike have with you?
How do you feel about TOOT as a acronym for the Bengals? (Bengals fans could use it for the Browns as well I guess)
