Possibly Worst INT ever

Very few words can explain the decision making here. We have covered our concerns with Brandon Weeden as the QB of the Cleveland Browns. This “throw” is better then most words we could use. Matt Flynn or Jason Campbell seem to be better options. The Lions played well in the game but this was THE turning point in the game to this point. A few plays later a highly questionable roughing the passer penalty allowed the Lions to score a TD. That play wouldn’t of been possible if Weeden doesn’t make this play.

Watching the GIF in loop while writing this article continues the frustration. As Weeden is flushed to the outside the zone defenders continue to slant towards that sideline. Levy, the Lion defender was approximately 6 to 8 yards away from Chris Ogbonnaya when the “pass” is released. The Browns have a tough schedule up coming so frustrations may continue. Watch it again:

    Nothing Weeden does surprises me.
He is the worst quarterback I have seen in many years.
This experiment needs to end and Weeden sent to Unemployment line.
This old man is a joke.

I know your answer will be “Anyone” but who do you want to start? Campbell? Flynn? Tebow? Other?

Until we see Campbell, there is no way of knowing if he is better than Weeden. Till that happens, expect more losses and very poor play from our present quarterback.
