With the 28th Pick the Carolina Panthers Select....

As a Fansided site, we are hosting an ongoing 2014 NFL Mock Draft here at Factory of Sadness with some of the Local and NFL sites. Follow along here as we complete all 32 teams First Round Picks. You can see the on going Mock Draft here.

#28 Carolina Panther Select Allen Robinson, WR, Penn State - The Carolina Panthers select Allen Robinson with the 28th pick.  Allen Robinson fills the need for a red zone target the Panthers have lacked all season.  He is a big body with great lateral agility and leaping ability.  He will compete with Brandon Lafell and Ted Ginn for playing time and should end up as the number 2 receiver opposite of Steve Smith.  Other options for this pick would be Zack Martin, OT; Marquise Lee, WR; David Yankey, OG.

What do you think of the Robinson selection? Does pairing him with Steve Smith and their backfield give Cam Newton the weapons he needs to take the team to the next level? Where else do you think they should look in the draft? Tell us more below in the comments sections and go to their site to give them feedback.
