6. Atlanta Falcons
Kony Ealy

Instead of going with Jake Matthews the Falcons beef up the other side of the line. Another sign that they would be interested in a move up for Clowney. This is a little early for Ealy but on draft day teams’ boards decide picks not analysts’ grades. The Falcons could look at Khalil Mack or Anthony Barr here as well.

7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Trent Murphy

Another reach here as the Bucs take one out of left field. This falls in line with Lovie Smith’s history though, he tends to make selections that surprise. The difference here is that he isn’t drafting in the 20s like he has with the Bears. The Bucs need a DE and Murphy is that. Could he be the surprise pick in the draft? There is always one, or five.

8. Minnesota Vikings
Aaron Donald

FanSpeak created a interesting draft for us today. Donald is flying up draft boards and could intrigue Mike Zimmer as a Geno Atkins type for his defense. The Vikings have needs all over the field and this pick could go a number of directions.

9. Buffalo Bills
Calvin Pryor

As this one could. Again FanSpeak allowed for a very creative draft which is more likely then what we currently think we know. With Jarius Byrd off in free agency, possibly on his way to the Browns, the Bills go with Pryor to replace him. The Bills could look offensive line, receiver, tight end or linebacker here.

10. Detroit Lions
Anthony Barr

The Lions buck the trend here with Barr who could be the best defender in the draft when it is all said and done. Barr can play linebacker of DE for the Lions and provides them some versatility.
