6. Atlanta Falcons
Taylor Lewan

An interesting pick but one that is rumored a bit. The Falcons need a little nasty added to their offense and Lewan has it. Current rumors are that Lewan is rated over Jake Matthews on some boards in the NFL and no one should be too surprised if he goes before the A&M lineman.

7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Mike Evans

Manziel and Bridgewater are possible picks here but Evans is on par with Watkins and would give Lovie Smith a offensive weapon to compete with right away.

8. Minnesota Vikings
Derek Carr

The Vikings probably won’t take a QB here but Carr is rumored as high as #4 and as low as mid second round. Who knows where he falls. The Vikings have numerous needs, but finding the QB of the future right now has to be high priority. With a new head coach he needs to identify his future coach on the field. Carr is the pick over Manziel and Bridgewater.

9. Buffalo Bills
Jake Matthews

The Bills need to find someone to protect their QB or a weapon to pass the ball to. With Matthews falling the Bills overlook the weapon for the protector. Matthews is Joe Thomas like, plug him in and forget about him for a decade. Perfect for the Bills.

10. Detroit Lions
Eric Ebron

The Lions are reportedly interested in Watkins in a trade up. With no trades forecast in this Mock we stay at 10 and give the Lions and middle of the field weapon to make teams pay for doubling Calvin Johnson. Ebron has some edges to smooth out but could be the next breakout TE in the NFL.
