The Cleveland Browns continue to upgrade their roster at wide receiver. After signing a number of intriguing receivers following the draft, undrafted free agents, the Browns have now added 2 WRs with starting experience. Earlier today we covered the Earl Bennett signing. Now the Browns themselves have announced the signing of Miles Austin:

Austin has been a starter for years with the Dallas Cowboys but has struggled with injuries in the last few. The 8 year veteran only had catches in 11 game last year. The previous year he caught 66 and has a career high 81 catches in one season. Austin is not a big play receiver but more of a chain mover. When healthy he will provide the Browns with another solid player to help Brian Hoyer, Johnny Manziel and the Kyle Shanahan offense. He will be a high level contributor, again if healthy.
The Browns may not be done, but rumors of trading both 2015 first round picks for Andre Johnson seem unfounded.
