Johnny Manziel will become the Cleveland Browns’ 21st starting quarterback since the franchise returned to NFL competition in 1999.

Life can’t be easy for these former players whenever the Browns name a new starter. Think about it, while the undefeated 1972 Miami Dolphins pop the champagne to celebrate when a team loses, former Browns quarterbacks have every reason to sink into a deep depression because the dreams they’ve had since childhood seemingly died under the lights on the north shore.

As the Dawg Pound prepares to embrace Johnny Football, Browns fans might be wise to go to school on what the Browns former starting signal callers are up to these days.
