Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon is back but that does not mean fans should or even can rely on him.

No one, not even the Cleveland Browns can really know what Josh Gordon will provide this upcoming season. Having been suspended in each of the last four seasons, relying on Gordon is something that cannot be done.

However, now that he is back, any contribution can be seen as icing on the cake. Still, the fact that Gordon has a history for missing games because of non-injury related reasons is concerning.

Gordon can play at a high level. With multiple rookie wide receivers being added this past offseason, it is clear that Cleveland is taking no chances. Why put all of their eggs in one basket when they do not have to?

Gordon has had off the field issues even before becoming a member of the Cleveland Browns. Since becoming a professional, fans and the organization has supported him following his first couple of mistakes, but enough is enough.

By now you would have thought Gordon got the big picture. Not everyone is going to believe and trust a player for the same boneheaded missteps. Is it possible to trust Gordon again?

That is a question with many what ifs as an answer. Can fans really trust Gordon again? Members of the FoS team gave their thoughts.
