New Cleveland Brown Andy Janovich is beyond excited to be a part of a “dream offense” for fullbacks and should be a major factor in the offense.

The former captain of the Denver Broncos got traded in the offseason to the Cleveland Browns and was immediately unsure what his future was going to look like. Sitting down to talk to Nathan Zegura on the Browns’ Working From Home series, Andy Janovich talked about being traded from the Broncos to the Browns.

After being told about the trade, Janovich was unsure of his future so he began to look at the Browns, their new head coach Kevin Stefanski and the offense they intend to run.

"When I really started digging in to researching them, that’s when I found out what I was going to get into. I was like, ‘Yeah, this is going to be good.’ After learning everything that’s going on, I’m more than excited to be a part of the Browns and the offense they’re installing. That’s something I’ve been in before and I excel in, so I’m really excited about it."

While a lot of fans keep talking about three tight end sets, three wide receiver sets, and all sorts of modern formats, more than likely any and all sets will have a fullback variant. The Browns acquired one of the most versatile fullbacks in the league and that wasn’t done just for the heck of it. Janovich will factor into a chunk of the Browns offense and that’s a great thing. Be it through blocking, rushing the ball, or even catching, Janovich should bring an immediate impact to the team.

Not only that, but he’s such a solid run blocker, that he should help solidify the run-blocking even if there is some growing pains on the offensive line.

While Janovich isn’t exciting fans like Jarvis Landry or Nick Chubb, he’ll become a name many Browns fans will remember after he shows his worth. After all, the Browns have good success in acquiring backs fro Denver. Rueben Droughns and Peyton Hillis had great debut seasons for the Browns after coming over from the Broncos.

Hopefully, for Janovich, he’s not just a one-hit-wonder like the other two, however.
