Ohio State football: 6 Buckeyes who will be 1st-round NFL draft picks
6. Josh Myers, C*
For teams in need of a center, look no further than Josh Myers, who’s been stellar at center for the Buckeyes.
His biggest competition in the draft may be Alabama center Brandon Dickerson, who came back from injury to play in the national championship game.
Myers was a big-time recruit who starred at Miamisburg High School, which is a suburb of Dayton. He was recruited as a guard, but switched to center after redshirting his freshman season.
The Buckeyes have produced some stellar centers going back to LeCharles Bentley. More recently, they’ve sent Pat Elflein and Billy Price to the NFL.
Right now, Myers best trait may be run blocking, but he certainly has the ability to become an all-round stud lineman at the NFL level.
