22. Philadelphia Eagles
Dee Ford
OLB, Auburn

  • The Eagles will need to address their defense and Ford’s speed, as shown during Senior Bowl prep, seems right up Chip Kelly’s alley. Ford can play multiple positions and give the Eagles a replacement for Trent Cole. Getting after QBs in their division, Eli Manning, Tony Romo and Nick Foles is key to the Eagles defensive success.

23. Kansas City Chiefs
O’Dell Beckham
WR, LSU

  • The Chiefs need to find more playmakers. Beckham is a strong player capable of running routes over the middle and hauling in balls in traffic. A perfect compliment to smaller players like Jamaal Charles and Dexter McCluster. His LSU teammate Jarvis Landry is also an option.

24. Cincinnati Bengals
Justin Gilbert
Safety, Alabama

  • Dix would be a perfect fit here with the Bengals but with long term contracts a concern with owner Mike Brown, and injury and legal issues with their current DBs Gilbert fits in perfectly on a defense that needs to find consistency after losing Zimmer to the Vikings.

25. San Diego Chargers
Ra’Shede Hageman
DT, Minnesota

  • The Chargers could go in a number of directions here but Hageman has been a hard charger and could be drafted even higher when we get to May. Hageman’s power and ability to rush the passer fits the Chargers need to overcome Peyton Manning, who struggles with pressure up the middle.
