Arthur Moats – LB – Buffalo Bills

Moats is a easy fit and connection due to his relationship with Mike Pettine. While he isn’t the biggest name out there Moats fills a need as a run stuffing linebacker that the team currently does not have. With Moats, and possible Kruger, on the inside the Browns have both run stoppers and Kruger’s pass rush ability to anchor the middle of the field. Moats shouldn’t be as expensive as fellow free agents Karlos Dansby and Brandon Spikes both of whom provide more starting experience. Moats, 25, has room to grow into a solid linebacker, especially if he gets the chance to stay in the same system.
