16. Dallas Cowboys
Marqise Lee
WR, USC

Here at 16 the Cowboys need to strongly consider some key additions on their defense, but I just like the value Marqise Lee can bring to Dallas with this pick.

17. Baltimore Ravens
CJ Mosley
LB, Alabama

There is no longer a need for WR as Baltimore signed Steve Smith from the Carolina Panthers in free agency. It’s time to keep focusing on that Ravens defense that seems to always have talent at all three levels and this pick here is just showing off.

18. New York Jets
Eric Ebron
TE, North Carolina

In mock 1.0 the Jets were selecting a WR, but with the signing of Eric Decker this off-season I would change my focus to the tight end position. Keep surrounding your franchise QB with weapons.

19. Miami Dolphins
Xavier Su’a-Filo
Guard, UCLA

The signing of Brandon Albert at tackle now allows the Dolphins to focus on the interior of their offensive line and drafting the number one guard on the board is an ideal pick.

20. Arizona Cardinals
Blake Bortles
QB, UCF

Bortles finally makes it into my first round mock. I had Arizona adding a tight end to their arsenal, but they signed John Carlson and Ebron isn’t available in this mock. Carson Palmer isn’t getting any younger and did throw 22 interceptions last season. The Cardinals did lose their leading tackler and interceptor in Dansby, but I’m thinking future in Arizona.
