#77 – Paul Richardson 

Richardson is not a large receiver but had the speed and long strides to play on the outside. At this point in the draft Richardson provides a quality, starter level player that could immediately impact the team. His speed can help take the top off the defense allowing Jenkins, Cameron and Hawkins to work underneath. Richardson’s injury history is a concern and could lead the Browns to go in a different direction, with another receiver or a big road grading offensive lineman.
