#123 – Charles Sims

The signing of Tate does not keep the Browns from drafting a running back, just allows them to draft one a little later. Sims played well with West Virginia including the ability to catch the ball out of the backfield. Sims isn’t a overly dominate player but neither was Alfred Morris in college. His change of pace ability makes him a good fit for the Zone Blocking Scheme. The Browns could draft their backup RB anywhere in this draft.
