#26 Odell Beckham Jr.

With the 26th pick the Browns have a number of options. Teddy Bridgewater fell to #20 and could be a trading partner with the Browns if they like but don’t love the Louisville product. A number of defensive players, like Darqueze Dennard, are also available here but Beckham has the ability to develop into a solid #1 receiver type. If Watkins was the pick earlier a player like Dennard or Bradley Roby could be the selection here.

Beckham is an explosive receiver, while lacking huge size at only 6′ and 200 lbs, he is dynamic with the ball in his hands. He grew leaps in bounds this last year. His attitude, which some have concerns about, is a sign of his desire to be the best and that pushes him to work hard. Beckham will need some time to develop but as a #2 guy with Josh Gordon as well as having Andrew Hawkins in the slot and Jordan Cameron at tight end he will enjoy less then stellar coverage more often then not, allowing him to win. If Brian Hoyer comes back strong from his ACL and continues to develop Beckham could be a Offensive Rookie of the Year candidate.
