Brady Quinn could bench press Cleveland Browns stadium, but it certainly didn’t help with his completion percentage, as the former Notre Dame star proved most NFL general mangers right for letting him slip deep into the first round of the 2007 NFL Draft.

Like Fry, Quinn was an Ohio kid who grew up rooting for the Browns from his hometown in Dublin. And, like Frye, Quinn struggled when he was finally pressed into action.

The Browns thought they hit the jackpot when Derek Anderson emerged with a Pro Bowl season in 2007, and that prohibited Quinn from developing as a starter.

Quinn boucned around Denver and Kansas City in back up roles, and gave his playing career one last go-round in Miami before the start of the 2014 campaign, but was cut.

He married Olympic gymnast Alicia Sacramone in 2009 and started a foundation called the “3rd and Goal Foundation” in 2011 for veterans.

Quinn is now a college football analyst for Fox Sports.
