3. Browns Front Office Turmoil

Last offseason showed why the Cleveland Browns are the Factory’s biggest stock holders.

After firing coach Rob Chudzinki, Jimmy Haslam decided to blow up his organization by axing President Joe Banner and general manger Mike Lombardi a month later.

The promotion of Ray Farmer to his current position as GM was favored by a majority of Browns fans, but the moved also showed a continuation of the frustration that has plagued the franchise since being reborn in 1999.
