When it comes to 6-6, 275-pound offensive tackle Isaiah Prince (@prince_zayy), the recruiting battle is down to the Buckeyes and new Big Ten foe, Maryland.

Prince visited Maryland this weekend, while visiting Columbus last weekend, according to 247 Sports.

His decision may well come down to location. If the Greenbelt, Maryland product wants to stay close to home, he’ll go with Maryland.

Eleven Warriors writer Jeremy Birmingham wrote that Ohio State doesn’t do particularly well recruiting Maryland, and the fact the Buckeyes didn’t get a commitment from the big lineman when he visited campus last weekend may spell trouble.

It’s all a gut feeling, but Birmingham believes Maryland is in the driver’s seat to land their home-state kid.
