Cleveland Cavaliers: Andrew Bogut Believes LeBron James Fell On Purpose
By Ryan Rosko
Last night the Cleveland Cavaliers played their worse game of the 2015 NBA Finals in a loss to Golden State. The fact that LeBron James fell into a cameraman and his camera only tops the poor events that occurred for Cleveland.
When he was fouled by Golden State’s Andrew Bogut on the play, James got injured and his head was cut from the camera. Bogut believes he fell into the camera on purpose. To get the bleeding to stop, James got his head glued.
Why on Earth would a player purposely fall into equipment and put themselves into a harmful situation? They would not, which is why Bogut’s comment does not make sense. When the foul occurred, everyone watching the game had to have had their heart skip a beat when the collision happened. The foul obviously showed that James had not purposely fell into the cameras and lost his balance.
Bogut certainly believed James overreacted.
"Yeah, I think he came down and took two steps and then fell into the cameraman. I definitely, definitely didn’t hit him that hard.”"

The play was tough to watch. James tried to protect himself the best he could.
"“It was hurting. I was just hoping I was just hoping I wasn’t bleeding, but obviously the camera cut me pretty bad.”"
With poor performances for Cleveland and the Warriors ability to play very well with small ball, it was simply not the Cavaliers night. Iman Shumpert and J.R. Smith could not do anything well and struggled significantly shooting. The fact that players like Mike Miller, Shawn Marion, and Joe Harris did not play was very surprising.

Hoops Habit
Given that those players did not play much up to this point, it is understandable, but they could have contributed something and maybe be a difference maker.
If only the cameras and the people operating them could be sitting elsewhere. The fact that those people are positioned there provides NBA players and referees with an unnecessary safety hazard.
Could the league decide to make a change where the cameras are? Maybe, but this is not the first time a player has had an incident and nothing have happened, which is why I do not believe anything is going to change.
With the series now tied at two, it is now a best of three series. The excitement of the 2015 NBA Finals continues to increase.
How will Lebron respond in game five? Does the trash talk that happened between Cleveland’s Matthew Dellavedova and Golden State’s David Lee mean anything going forward? Only time will tell.
