The Cleveland Browns’ Week 1 loss to the New York Jets will live on in Browns’ fans memory as a game in which their team waisted opportunities, looked unprepared, and ultimately, embarrassed themselves and the city for which they play.

Everything that could go wrong for the Browns did, as these five game-changing plays show:

1) Josh McCown Suffers Concussion On Browns’ First Drive

To the disbelief of every living and breathing Browns fan, everything Cleveland ran on its first drive was going according to plan. Under the 13-year journeyman McCown, the team was destined to score, until the guys in the orange pants and helmets went full out Browns.

McCown tried to torpedoed himself into the end zone from the 2-yard line, fumbled on the one, and suffered a concussion.

The Browns couldn’t have written a more perfect Browns script. How else do you rip the hearts out of your fans so early into a new season. This team had no problem figuring out that answer.
