Bruce Arians Is Just Good

Arizona HC Bruce Arians is just a good head coach.

Seriously.

The Cardinals are a big sleeper team. They were a sleeper team last season and that has continued into the 2015 season. Their roster isn’t bad at all but with the division they’re in, would you really think they would be a Super Bowl contender this year?

I have not heard many people pick Arizona to go to San Francisco to play in Super Bowl 50 this year and yet they are playing the part really well.

I put a lot of that on coaching and therefore put a lot of that on Arians.

Getting veterans Palmer, Fitzgerald and Johnson to play at the level their they are expected to play at was key. However he also took a shot on Mathieu, schemed around Peterson being his No. 1 lock-down cornerback, acquired  Freeney to be an important veteran on defense.

Arians flat out got his offense and defense to play at the levels they are playing at. He deserves the credit for putting the Cardinals all together.

There are not many stand out coaches in the NFL right now, but I think Arians’ name should be up there as one of the best HCs in the league.
