Browns: How Should Cleveland Improve Going Into 2016?

Figure Out Manziel
Manziel is nothing more than a wild card at this point but why wouldn’t you be hoping this player continues what he did last Sunday and plays for the Browns over their last six games? The city itself is hungry for a franchise QB and Manziel may be the answer. People have talked about his size, technique, and attitude all season long.

Some have either crowned him the up and coming king of Cleveland or simply tossed him aside in favor of QBs from this upcoming draft.
To both groups I say this, lets just sit back and see what he can do throughout the rest of this season.
If Manziel is as bad as some of you claim then we will soon see that. The Browns still play three divisional games (one against each team), the San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks, and the Kansas City Chiefs before the season ends so Manziel will see a few good defenses before it is all said and done.
If he shows no progression then we will know that he is not their guy and they will not lose much seeing how Cleveland is nearly eliminated from playoff contention already.
It makes almost no sense to go anywhere else than to Manziel for the remainder of the season. Having him play at the very least confirms the doubts about him going forward.

Then there is of course the other side, what if Manziel is the answer? If he shows some progression by the end of the season, would that be enough? Instead of playing the QB guessing game like the team has been doing for the past few seasons, Cleveland can put players around Manziel and put together a great offense going forward. I would gladly take that going into next year’s draft.
Where are you at with the Browns and what do you think they should do from this point forward?
