Cleveland Browns: Is Paxton Lynch Worth A Top 5 Pick?
By Ryan Rosko
There are plenty of talented players that can help the Cleveland Browns next season, including multiple quarterbacks. Yet one could be a cut above the rest.

Is finding a franchise quarterback for the Cleveland Browns as hard as finding a unicorn? It has been 17 seasons and we all know the tale. The Browns have had 24 different starting quarterbacks.
In 2015, the Browns looked to both a veteran free agent signee in Josh McCown and a second year former first round pick in Johnny Manziel to turn the team’s fortune around. While neither player has played horribly (the defense and lack of weapons do not help), the Browns still do not know what direction to go in.
Both QBs have played well enough to keep their jobs, but no one is running away with the franchise. Manziel suffers from his own idiocy when it comes to avoiding off the field issues, while McCown merely suffers from being a 37-year old QB in a young man’s league.
That dilemma brings us to the Browns annual super bowl, the 2016 NFL Draft. While there is no runaway number one overall rated quarterback prospects, there is one quarterback who is very intriguing. Is Memphis quarterback Paxton Lynch worth a top five pick and should he be on the Browns’ radar in the first round? The FoS team breaks down his game.
