At The End Of The Day, Should He Be A Brown?

There are many more months until the draft is here and until then, many things can and will change.

No decision has yet been made on whether the current regime will return. Although changes can influence a team’s offseason’s plans, including the draft, another year of general manager Ray Farmer and head coach Mike Pettine could show that the team is confident in Manziel. Selecting a QB could still happen, but later in the draft.

Then again, with many voices making football related decisions in Cleveland, anything can happen.

Lynch’s play has been very impressive, and despite having some cons (obviously no prospect has zero cons working against him), he was one of the best in college football this season. The debate can start, if it has not already: should a quarterback, specifically Lynch, even be considered in the first round with Manziel on the roster?

Both sides have valid points, but in order to acquire the best players regardless of position, an upgrade at quarterback has to be the goal.

If the Browns believe they must draft a quarterback early, Lynch would be a good choice.
