Off the field, soon to be former Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel has provided plenty of unforgettable moments. As his time in Cleveland comes to an end, take a look back at five of Manziel’s infamous antics.

The Johnny Manziel era is all but over. The 2014 first round pick’s tenure with the Cleveland Browns was tumultuous, to say the least.

I’ll admit it, I was thrilled when we selected Manziel 22nd overall in the 2014 draft. “Johnny Football” reached legendary status during his time at Texas A&M. The Heisman Trophy winning quarterback is undoubtedly the most entertaining college football player in recent history.

He was no choirboy in College Station, but he produced on the field. The same can’t be said for his time in Cleveland.

The “Johnny Football” era is dead, and the situation has turned serious with his alleged abuse of ex-girlfriend Colleen Crowley. Obviously, the well being of Crowley should be at the forefront of this unfortunate incident, but concern for Manziel is warranted as well.

Outside of the alleged domestic violence, it’s hard not to find humor in some of Manziel’s antics. Even post-rehab, he continued his love affair with nightlife.

His actions may have been detrimental to both himself and the Browns organization, but in hindsight, they sure were entertaining.
