4. Who will J.T. be throwing too?

Last year it was the QB everyone had a question on, this year it is the receiver.

Torrance Gibson is someone I have been confident in since he came to Ohio State. Gibson has made the transformation from quarterback to receiver. ESPN has called Gibson this years Big Ten “X=Factor”.

This year will be the year that Gibson needs to have a break out year, prove to everyone that he can be the go-to man not only in 2016, but in the future, as well. Gibson is 6-foot-4 with a vertical jump of 35 inches. He’s someone who could be lethal in the red zone.

Five of the top six receivers the Buckeyes had from last season are now gone. The only one that is returning out of those six is Curtis Samuel and he is coming off offseason foot surgery.

With Samuel being an almost lock in to start, Urban is going to need to fill in the other spots. In addition to Gibson, look for Noah Brown, and Corey Smith, if they can stay healthy to get a good amount of the time at receiver. Look for Dontre Wilson to get a lot of time at H-Back.

Whoever coach Meyer decides to put out there as receiver, if they can get open they better expect to get the ball.
