The first training camp (and eventually preseason) is about to start under the under new Cleveland Browns regime. The team will need these five players to improve in order to take the next step towards making progress.

Plenty of new faces along with a new philosophy towards building a winning organization are things that will be different for this season’s Cleveland Browns. It is not impossible to remove the losing all together, but it is unlikely.

That said, the Browns have positioned themselves for the long-term as they go step by step in their approach to changing the direction of the organization. In time we will know if they are successful, but right now there is plenty to like.

Cleveland has the largest incoming draft class of all the NFL teams, has multiple draft picks in the future (including multiple first round picks next year), and changes have been made to the coaching staff and at quarterback.

As Cleveland’s coaches this year’s players, they know success will not be here overnight. First things first: Find a quarterback, win enough games so they are not are not selecting in the top three, and continue to add talent to both sides of the football.

Easier said then done right? Well, we will see what happens. In the mean time, for the first time in multiple regimes, Cleveland hired a veteran coach who has head coaching experience in Hue Jackson.

He has a way with quarterbacks, which always is a good thing. As he, along with the other coaches find the right players, here are five Browns who are poised to have a breakout season, and as a result hopefully add more W’s to the win column in 2016.
