Postseason play usually comes down to which team possesses the best pitching staff.

Unfortunately for the Indians, the Tribe will face a familiar foe in Game 2.

David Price will toe the rubber, and despite switching from a Tigers to a Red Sox uniform, the Vanderbilt product still owns the Tribe.

He made just one start against Cleveland in 2016, but even that was memorable. That outing came back in April, but Price still managed to fan 10 Indians in just six innings.

Prior to a blip against the Yankees on Sept. 27, when Price allowed six earned runs in a loss, the lefty cruised through August and September. He won eight of his last nine decisions before getting hammered in the Bronx.

Price has struck out 224 batters in 2016, which marks the third consecutive season the former No. 1 overall pick has topped the 200-punchout mark.

Price is likely to start Game 2 against Corey Kluber.
