The Ohio State Buckeyes have one of the best recruiting classes for 2017 and they could continue to add more talent tomorrow.
This year’s recruiting class for the Ohio State Buckeyes is loaded. With or without undeclared Texas defensive lineman Marvin Wilson, Ohio State is in great shape.
The man of the hour has a higher ceiling than former Ohio State defensive lineman and current Buffalo Bills lineman Adolphus Washington. Washington is 6’4 and over 330 pounds.
According to ESPN, the Buckeyes have the second best recruiting class with 20 current commits. Ohio State’s class is headlined by quarterback Tate Martell, cornerback Shaun Wade, and safety Jeffrey Okudah.

The University of Alabama’s recruiting class is once again ranked the best. By the end of tomorrow, I don’t see the Buckeyes taking over the top spot, so second best is what we should hope for.
Regardless of the recruiting website you prefer, Wilson is a top player in the country. Should he choose Ohio State tomorrow, Wilson would be the sixth committed player from the Lone Star state. ESPN has Wilson as the fourth best player in the United States and first at his position.
Other options Wilson has been considering include LSU, Florida State, and Oklahoma. Tomorrow afternoon at 3:30 PM CT (4:30 PM Eastern) on National Signing Day, Wilson will announce where he is going to play football.

Assuming Wilson decides to come to Columbus, Ohio, he is going to be the icing to the cake for this year’s draft class. Pairing him alongside sophomore defensive lineman Nick Bosa is a tandem no offensive line will succeed against.
Having already succeeded in the state of Texas, confidence should be high that Wilson joins OSU. Still, with so much interest from plenty of universities, it is anyone’s guess what his decision will be.
Many players in the coming hours prior to Wilson’s decision will also announce where they are heading. Wilson is not the only possible player who could commit to the Buckeyes, but he has the most intrigue surrounding him among the rest of Ohio State’s targets.

Speaking of National Signing Day, as the commitments are made, hopefully there are no issues with fax machines. Otherwise, tomorrow could prove to be a very long and interesting day.
