Cleveland Browns: USC Product Adoree Jackson Could Be An Under The Radar Pick
By Ryan Rosko

One dynamic option the Cleveland Browns could draft made his name in the PAC-12 conference.
There has been so much debate as to who the Cleveland Browns should draft at 12th overall, 33rd overall, and any possible pick in between via a trade.
From quarterbacks and offensive weapons to secondary help, opinions have greatly varied. More than likely at 12 and 33, two of those spots should be filled with those selections. However, one possibility should not be dismissed and that is USC’s Adoree Jackson.
Yes, Jackson played primarily at cornerback in college, but that is not all he did. Jackson also returned kicks and has some experience on offense as an athlete.
Among the teams that are interested in him are the Browns, who he met with according to SiriusXM NFL Radio.
USC CB @AdoreeKnows: I visited the #Cowboys, #Buccaneers, #Titans, and #Browns. I still have visits with the #Eagles and #Texans.

Not only did he visit Cleveland, but NFL teams in general have big plans for him. The former USC product mentioned to SiriusXM NFL Radio that there are teams looking at him to play on both sides of the ball.
USC CB @AdoreeKnows: Teams have talked to me about playing on both sides of the ball. Shows my versatility.

Being able to provide such a unique skill set is something that has to be very attractive to the Browns. Jackson is more than just an athlete. Some comparisons could be made in terms of versatility to that of Michigan safety Jabrill Peppers. Both are talented, but Jackson is the better athlete.

Jackson is a game-changer with big play ability. I don’t care where he lines up, because Jackson will succeed and make plays. With how versatile Jackson is, he would fit right into Cleveland’s defense and special teams’ unit. Although offense was not his specialty, he could help out there too.
Former Browns player Josh Cribbs was a talented special teams player and average at best wide receiver. No, Jackson would not be the next Cribbs if he were drafted by Cleveland. That said, in terms of overall players, Jackson can do much more for a team.
Whether he is a second cornerback with return duties or a jack of all trades, Jackson could be the Browns’ best option at 33. That is, if he lasts that long. Jackson is not worth the 12th pick, but if the Browns like him enough, perhaps a trade into the late 20s are in order.

We never know how the draft will unfold. So, given the need at cornerback, I would not be surprised to see him seriously being considered late in round one or at 33.
