As the Cleveland Browns continue the rebuilding process, expect to see these five rookies from the 2017 NFL Draft class starting this season.

The Cleveland Browns went 1-15 a season ago, which means there are jobs to be won, even for rookies.

The Browns entered the 2017 NFL Draft with 11 selections and after some wheeling and dealing, came away with 10 players.

If 2016 showed anything, it’s that the front office is going to give their drafted guys a shot, no matter what round they were chosen. Think back to the end of training camp in 2016. Each one of the Browns 14 drafted rookies ended up making the roster.

Opportunities are there to be seized, and these five players players should see starting time.

Myles Garrett, DE

This one’s a no brainer. Myles Garrett is a quarterback rushing edge defender with elite physical tools. He’s someone the Browns have desperately needed, and new defensive coordinator Gregg Williams will have him ready to start Week 1.

More from Factory of Sadness

The Browns pass rush all of a sudden looks a lot more promising than it did last season. Garrett and 2016 second-round pick Emmanuel Ogbah will patrol the end spots. With Williams setting the scheme, Cleveland will be based out of the 4-3, instead of the 3-4. That means all Garrett and Ogbah have to do is put their hands down, and get to the quarterback.

OK, stopping quarterbacks isn’t th only job of the defense.

Garrett’s going to have to help corral some opposing running backs, too.

He’s got quick hands and can shed blocks.

Garrett’s not a one dimensional player, which is another reason he was so highly coveted with the No. 1 overall pick.
