Re-sign Korver

Keeping Korver is necessary because who do you replace him with if he leaves?

The Finals were rough for Korver, who missed the biggest shot of his life in Game 3 when LeBron passed him the ball for a clean look with just around a minute to play.

The Cavs bench is filled with guys who can step up and knock down 3’s. James Jones and Channing Frye come to mind. Richard Jefferson and Deron Williams can contribute offense and help during the regular season.

However, during the postseason, we’ve seen the team be exposed. Not every guy on the roster needs to shoot. Call me crazy, but a defensive specialist maybe wouldn’t be the worst thing.

With that said, Cleveland should look to re-sign a quality shooter in Korver, and while trying to get younger and mixing in a defensive oriented player on the bench.
