4. Simmie  Cobbs Jr., WR, Indiana

To reiterate the point that the Browns need touchdown makers, Cleveland’s also going to be looking for wide receiving help in this year’s draft.

Corey Coreman is living up to bust status, and Ricardo Louis and Rishard Higgins are just too inconsistent to depend on.

Josh Gordon figures to be in the plans in 2017, but even if that’s the case, the position group needs help.

Enter Simmie Cobbs. Yes, that’s the same Simmie Cobbs who torched Ohio State during the first week of the college football season.

And yes, Cobbs’ Ohio State film alone is a reason to draft him as he handled every defensive back who tried to cover him.

The Buckeyes are loaded with NFL talent, and Cobbs put a show, catching 11 balls for 149 yards and a touchdown.

He’s a big receiver (6-4), which will make Browns Town happy, he’s got good hands, can run routes and he’s going to win a lot of jump balls.

In a draft where there is no elite receiving prospect, Cobbs would be a steal for the Browns in the third round if he makes it that long.
