This 2018 NFL mock draft continues with picks 21-25 with the Browns adding another first-round pick.

21. Bills, Michael Gallup, WR, Colorado State

Colorado State Michael Gallup‘s the nation’s top graded receiver in 2017, with a 92.1 rating, according to Pro Football Focus.

Obviously the Bills need a fix at quarterback, but with no signal caller worth being taken here, Buffalo posters its receiving corps.

Gallup was the nation’s top-graded receiver in 2017 at 92.1 overall.

22. Bills, Arden Key, EDGE, LSU

He was a pass rushing phenomom in 2016 who played more coverage a season ago. Mocks have him going at all sorts of different spots leading up to the combine.

23. Rams, Jaire Alexander, CB, Louisville

Jaire Alexander hasn’t declared yet and went through an injury marred 2017 campaign. When healthy, he’s considered a shutdown corner.

24. Panthers Mark Andrews, TE, Oklahoma

Gregg Olson was injured for a lot of 2017, and while that isn’t reason to completely move on, Carolina can’t afford to pass on the future in tight end Mark Andrews.

25. Titans (predicted trade with Browns) Rashaan Evans, LB, Alabama

The Browns swap their first pick in the second round for a shot to take linebacker Rashaan Evans out of Alabama. Evans flashed as an EDGE defender early on during his collegiate career, but he developed into all-around backer by the time his Tide career finished.
