The Cleveland Cavaliers will pick eighth in the NBA Draft, and these 5 players, who could feasibly be available, should entice LeBron James to stay in The Land.

With the eighth pick in the 2018 NBA Draft, the Cleveland Cavaliers will plot the course of the future for the foreesablle future either with or without superstar LeBron James.

When the Cavs add their newest player to the roster, James will be pondering whether or not to pick up a $36.5 million option next season, or enter free agency.

Unless LeBron breaks from tradition and tells the Cavs what he’s going to do, Cleveland will have no idea what the future holds for basketball’s biggest difference maker.

Historically, James doesn’t play with draft picks and the former No. 1 overall pick has played with just four overall picks in his career, according to ESPN’s Bobby Marks.  James played with Kyrie Irving, but that doesn’t count because James left the Heat to join Cleveland.

These five players have a chance to be around when the Cavaliers pick eighth, and they’d be the best fits to complement James.
