2. Maximize Love’s trade value

How crazy is it that Kevin Love is the last man standing among the Cavs’ “Big 3.”

Despite all the rumors and all of the nonsense Love dealt with  when LeBron James decided not to include him in Instagram photos, he’s the last star standing.

All indications are that the front office plans to keep Kevin Love, who can’t be a free agent until after the 2019-2020 season.

At some point, Love will be traded. It just appears to be a matter of time.

Featuring Love as the No. 1 option is kind of intriguing, because he won’t be signing another contract with the Cavaliers when his current deal expires.

Cavaliers’ GM Koby Altman needs to figure out a way to maximize Love’s trade value, and the UCLA product will have a lot more of that if he’s averaging 27 and 12, rather than 18 and 10.
