200 Meder Dash

A couple of things with this. Jamie Meder is not going to be running 200 meters but he will run enough to wreak havoc on opposing offensive lines and offenses. Also, the 200 amount is symbolic as that would be the percentage to obviously doubling their win percentage from the past two seasons.

For some fantasy teams, they may have also dealt with a horrible win-loss record, thus looking for an optimistic sign that 2018 will be different. Or, the owners of those teams could also be big Meder/Ashland University fans too, which is also cool.

With some added depth and in some cases upgrades in the secondary, the defensive line’s efforts won’t go to waste this fall. Meder does not get the hype others do along the line but that does not diminish how important he can be for Cleveland.

Now, 2017 was a disappointment as he only played in 10 games but prior to that Meder provided glimpses of what kind of talent he could be. Assuming Meder stays healthy this season, playing alongside Myles Garrett, Larry Ogunjobi, Emmanuel Ogbah, and others will show what kind of factor Meder actually is. Thus, leading to big expectations for not only Meder but the defensive line as a whole.
