The Cleveland Browns earned their first win in 635 days, as Baker Mayfield and these four plays saw their stocks rise following the Jets win.

The 19-game winless streak has been snapped and fans of the Cleveland Browns are celebrating as if the organization just won the Super Bowl.

Hey, when you lose, lose and lose, one victory can be that sweet.

The Browns move forward in the 2018 season with a 1-1-1 record and the narrative’s changed on the season, thanks to Baker Mayfield, who engineered the team’s come-from-behind win Thursday night.

All of a sudden, the Browns have hope and are playing meaningful games heading into October for the first time since 2014.

The playoffs seem like a crazy idea to wrap our heads around, but with Baker Mayfield as the starter, it’s possible.

Pittsburgh is as low as they’ve ever been since Ben Roethlisberger was drafted. The Le’Veon Bell holdout is affecting the team for the worse, and Antonio Brown didn’t help matters earlier this week.

The Ravens are fine, but they’re far from great. The same could be said about the Bengals, who are the current front runners in the AFC North. Cincinnati is probably the best team in the division right now, but they’re from from being true Super Bowl contenders.

So the Browns have hope, which is something that’s evaded the franchise for years.

One win was all it took, and these five players saw their stocks skyrocket as a result of the victory.
