Five big-school wide receivers the Cleveland Browns should consider selecting in after the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft.

As the Cleveland Browns enter the NFL Draft, the organization needs to consider adding help at wide receiver.

Baker Mayfield is heading into year two and while the current receiving corps is much improved from what Browns’ fans have seen in the past, this is not a time to become complacent.

It was only halfway through last season when the receiving room looked bleak. Rashard Higgins was injured(hamstring) and Josh Gordon had been traded to the New England Patriots.

Despite Gordon’s troubles, his absence magnified the organization’s need for a true No. 1 wideout.

The Browns pick 17th overall in the first round and while there are some decent prospects available, there is no consensus No. 1 wideout available.

With the draft being so loaded on the defensive line, the Browns, who have a need at that position, will probably focus on players who can sack the other team’s quarterback.

That doesn’t mean Dorsey can’t find a receiver later in the draft, though.

Here are five wide receivers the Browns should target after the first round of the draft.
