1. May the Force Njoku

If your passions are football and Star Wars, then you can’t do any better than “May the Force Njoku.”

Browns fans should hope the force is with Njoku in 2019, as the tight end could be poised for a breakout campaign as he enters his third season. Njoku is just 23 years old, and won’t turn 24 until next July.

Njoku came on strong in year two, catching 56 passes for 639 yards. He’s had four receiving touchdowns in each of his first two seasons.

With the Browns loaded at receiver, there should be plenty of opportunities to slip between the cracks as secondaries scramble to cover Odell Beckham Jr., Jarvis Landry and Rashard Higgins.

Hopefully, this creates opportunities for Njoku to match up against linebackers, which is a matchup Freddie Kitchens will take every single time.

Unsolicited advice: I don’t see Njoku doing anything crazy in terms of receiving yards, especially with so many other weapons on the Browns’ offense. With that said, 60-65 catches is probably attainable for  somewhere between 700-750 yards.

Njoku may be most valuable as a red-zone threat, when space gets tight and Mayfield needs a big target to throw to. If he had four touchdowns a season ago, I don’t think it’s unreasonable for the Miami product to catch 6-8 scores in 2019.
