Nos. 6 & 7: Greg Joseph and Austin Seibert

The Browns have reached the point that they need to start plotting a path toward finding a kicker that will likely be released by another team because what they haven’t isn’t going to work.

Joseph missed a 53-yarder and Seibert missed a 52-yarder.

The Browns better win by 20, because neither one of these players offers any kind of confidence. The Browns need a 50-yarder to wrap up a playoff berth against the Steelers in November. Who you trotting out there?

Exactly, you don’t want to pick. Competition usually brings out the best in athletes, but it hasn’t worked out that way for these two individuals.

Ok, these were really tough kicks, but none-the-less, NFL kickers have to make them all of the time. If you can’t, you don’t belong in the NFL and it’s really that simple.

The fans just seem to want someone who can convert and don’t really care who wins the job.

Making one from 50+ yards out would’ve done wonders to securing a job on the final roster. Now, it’s back to the drawing board.

If pressed to pick a winner between the two, I wouldn’t be able to give a firm answer. They are both struggle consistently from 40-50 yards. I don’t know how you turn games over to one of these individuals and the inability to fix the need falls with general manger John Dorsey.
