Mark it down. Braxton Miller is going to make the Cleveland Browns.

His best play didn’t even count because of a block in back penalty on some lineman, but Miller’s ability to shimmy his shift highlights why Dorsey brought him in and why Jaelan Strong was released.

Football is for playmakers and that’s exactly what Miller has the potential to be.

As Ismael Hyman suffered through a couple drops, Miller’s chances of making the squad only increased.

The receiving corps figure to include Odell Beckham Jr., Jarvis Landry, Rashard Higgins, Derrick Willies, Damion Ratley and Miller.

What happens when Antonio Callaway wraps up his four-game suspension remains to be seen, but if MIller’s got anything to offer the NFL, he should be able to show it in four games.

This doesn’t mean he’ll be a high target player, rather, look for the Browns to find spots for the Buckeye quarterback to impact a game.

Seemed unlikely when signed, but eyes don’t lie. Miller has a talent the other receivers toward the bottom of the depth chart just doesn’t possess.
