Another loss sees stocks plummeting for the Cleveland Browns as the team goes into the Bye Week following a loss to the Seattle Seahawks.

The Cleveland Browns continue to trend in the wrong direction, dropping their third straight game of the 2019 season at home.

For all of the expectations loaded on this team, even those pessimistic of Browns’ fans probably would’ve figured the team would have one win at home.

Instead, the franchise is facing questions about Baker Mayfield regressing and whether or not Freddie Kitchens is up to the task of being a head coach in the NFL.

The Browns get the bye week at just the right time, as Mayfield appeared to have injured his hip on running attempt in the second half. He’ll need all the rest he can get with the Patriots waiting for Cleveland at Foxboro.

Even if the Browns lose to New England, there’s still a path to the playoffs, but with that said, there’s little room for error. Assuming the Browns spilt with Pittsburgh, Cleveland would have to beat the Bengals twice, the Cardinals, Dolphins, Broncos, and Bills. Add it up and that’s eight wins.

The Ravens have a two-game lead right now, but that Week 16 matchup in Cleveland could be the difference between 9-7 and a divisional championship and going home early, again.

There still a long way to go, but it certainly doesn’t look good. Here’s 5 stocks that are down following the Seahawks loss.
