Five members of the Cleveland Browns whose stocks are down, qualifying these individuals as the biggest disappoints of the 2019 season at the Bye.
At the Bye Week, the Cleveland Browns are a disappointing 2-4. Many fans see the 2019 season standing atop the 480 Bridge, ready to put an end to a campaign that was filled with hopes of winning season.
Attitudes probably won’t change all that much with the Patriots on deck ready to hand the Browns their fifth loss of the year, but with that said, even with another defat, Cleveland could be poised to make a run in the second half of the season.
The Browns get the Dolphins and the hapless Bengals twice. Then there’s the grudge match game between Baker Mayfield and Kliff Kingsbury in Arizona. Cleveland’s earlier win against the Ravens gives the Browns the tie breaker edge for now, so that, along with the soft schedule should keep our beloved orange helmets in that “In the hunt” graphic that starts appearing during games come December.
If the Browns are going to get better, they’re going to need to get better performances from all around, though.
These five Browns find their stocks down as the biggest disappointments of the season. If these stocks can rebound–and it’s entirely possible–then there may be reason to bring those playoff hopes back to life.
