Picks 16-20

16. Philadelphia Eagles: Henry Ruggs III, WR, Alabama: Browns fans know the rumor. Philly was interested in Rashard Higgins, so you know WR is one of their biggest needs..

17. Oakland Raiders Tee Higgins WR, Clemson: At 6-foot-4, this is my type of receiver. In his first two seasons at Clemson, Higgins had 76 catches for 1, 281 yards and 14 touchdowns.

18. Indianapolis Colts, Yetur Gross-Matos, EDGE, Penn St: There’s a number of mocks who have the Colts reaching for a quarterback with this pick, but it seems unlikely. Indy is likely to draft a quarterback later, but not here.

19. Carolina Panthers Raekown Davis, DT, Alabama: By selecting Raekwon Davis, Ron Rivera’s switch to the 3-4 base scheme looks even better with the Alabama product serving as a disruptive force up front.

20. Jacksonville Jaguars (from Rams), Isaiah Simmons, S, Clemson: Simmons might be able to play both linebacker and safety, where he has plenty of speed to cover center field.
