Cleveland Browns schedule game: Enough wins to end playoff drought?
Weeks 14-15
Week 14, Monday Night Football, vs Ravens, Dec. 14: In what will be the most highly anticipated matchup of the season, the Browns will get another crack at Lamar Jackson, who many believe is capable of winning his second-straight MVP award.
This game is particularly interesting because this is a rematch from Week 1. Which team won the war of attrition and staved off the most injuries?
If the Browns are healthy, and with the playoffs on the line in front of their home crowd, Cleveland could absolutely win this game.
Unfortunately, I forecast a similar result as to what happened in Week 1. The Browns lose, and a heartbroken city wakes up late to go to work Tuesday morning.
Record: 7-6
Week 15 at Giants, Dec. 20: This contest sets off an intriguing part of the schedule in which Cleveland will travel to the Meadowlands on back-to-back weeks to face the Giants, and then the Jets.
The Giants are in a better place with the hiring of Joe Judge, but Danny Dimes has more non-believers than Baker Mayfield. A win here really has Cleveland’s playoff hopes looking good.
Record: 8-6
