Five Browns whose stock sank vs the Eagles in Week 11.

The Cleveland Browns are inching closer toward the playoffs after edging out the Eagles, 22-17 at First Energy Stadium Sunday.

While there was plenty of good to go around, there were also some noticeable problems that need to be cleaned up if Cleveland’s going to play into January.

Here’s five players whose stock is down as the Browns will be tasked with playing four of their next five games on the road.

1. Jedrick Wills

Sunday marked Jedrick Wills’ worst game as a pro, according to Pro Football Focus.

The rookie left tackle hadn’t allowed a pressure in Cleveland’s previous two contests, but the analytically oriented site described Wills as being “uncharacteristically overmatched” against the Eagles in Week 11.

Wills allowed a sack of Baker Mayfield in the second quarter when he couldn’t stop Philly defensive end Josh Sweat.  The Alabama product lost three other protection battles, according to the website.

Against the Eagles, Wills was in for a tall order, as Philly had done an exceptional job of rushing opposing quarterbacks with their front front defenders entering the contest.

While Wills struggled, the eye test suggest he did some things well blocking against the run, which had actually been a problem through his first 10 games.
