4 Browns whose stock crashed in heartbreaking loss to Chiefs
4 Browns stocks that are down after the 22-17 heartbreaking loss to the Chiefs.
When the Browns are good, you’re going to have fun watching this team. However, because it’s the Browns, those orange helmets will always leave your heartbroken.
The Browns went from 9.5-point underdogs to 7.5-point underdogs ahead of the game, as nobody was giving Cleveland much of a chance. Yet, Cleveland was in this thing in the fourth quarter, which is all anybody could’ve asked for leading up to Sunday.
So, this final stock column of the season 2020 season is a little different. I’m not in the mood to put individual Browns on blast for reaching heights unseen in 25 years (Don’t worry, I still a find a way to complain about some players).
The mood for now is glum, and this game was there for the Browns to take. That said, come draft time, we’ll be looking back fondly at what the Browns accomplished, and rightfully so.
Cleveland was 11-5, won their first road playoff game since 1969, won in Pittsburgh for the first time since 2003 and was there with the champs in the final round.
There will be plenty of time to re-examine the good, but here’s four stocks that are down after coming oh so close to the AFC championship game.
